Brand Center
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Brand Center is where a brand shares its forms and work with every franchisee connected to it. Corporate, the organization that owns the brand, publishes forms and sends assignments. Each connected franchisee installs those forms into its own account and receives the assignments at its stores.
To link franchisee locations to the brand, see Brand roster and Claims.
Sharing Forms
Section titled “Sharing Forms”Corporate creates and publishes brand forms for connected franchisees. Each franchisee installs a copy in its own account. The form’s settings control whether that copy stays synced and whether corporate can view its submissions.
Linking Stores
Section titled “Linking Stores”Corporate builds the store roster, and franchisees claim or link their locations. Compare the three claim flows to see when approval is needed.
Corporate can review claim requests and correct or remove existing links. For setup problems or a new brand, see Troubleshooting and onboarding.
Assigning Work
Section titled “Assigning Work”Send brand assignments to linked stores or people in mapped brand roles. Corporate can then follow submissions and completion across its franchisees.
Organizations and roles explains brand access and how franchisees map their own roles to the brand’s roles.
Organizations and roles
Section titled “Organizations and roles”A brand connects its corporate organization with franchisees. Organization access determines who can use the brand; role mappings determine who receives role-targeted assignments.
In the brand’s sidebar, Organizations lists every connected organization and whether it is the brand’s Owner or a Viewer. Only WorkWizard staff can add or remove organizations; see Requesting Access.
Roles lists the brand’s own roles, such as a store manager, which brand assignments can target. Click Add Role to create one. The Mapped and Unmapped Orgs columns show which franchisees have said which of their roles each one means. Franchisees do that under Map the brand’s roles.
Map the brand’s roles
Section titled “Map the brand’s roles”If corporate sends assignments to brand roles, such as Store Manager, each franchisee must link those roles to its own organization roles. This tells WorkWizard which people should receive those assignments. An unmapped brand role has no recipients in that franchisee organization.
- Open Organization › Roles and click the Brand tab. Its badge counts the roles still unmapped.
- For each brand role, click Link existing and select the corresponding role in your organization, or click Create new to create one.
A role created with Create new starts with submitter access only. Review its permissions and assign the appropriate people to it. Unlink removes the mapping but keeps your organization’s role.
Corporate can check mapping progress in the Mapped and Unmapped Orgs columns on the brand’s Roles tab.
