Walkthrough of “Overview”

The hierarchy is a picture of how your business is actually organized — which sites belong to which region, and who works where.

It has three parts:

  • Teams: groups you organize by, such as a region or a district.
  • Locations: your individual sites. Every location sits inside a team.
  • Users: your people. Each one belongs to either a team or a location.

This is the most important page in WorkWizard to get right, because almost everything else reads from it. Where somebody sits here decides:

  • what they can see
  • who receives an assignment
  • who is asked to approve a submission
  • what shows up in reports

When somebody cannot see something they expect to, the answer is nearly always here rather than on the form itself.

  1. Navigate to the Organization page.
  2. From there, you can view the hierarchy of the organization.
  • Click on the Expand All button in the top left corner to expand the hierarchy.
  • Click on the Collapse All button in the top left corner to collapse the hierarchy.
  1. Navigate to the Organization page.
  2. Type in the search bar to search for any user, team, or location.
  3. Click on the user, team, or location to jump to.
  4. From there, the hierarchy will expand and will scroll to reveal the desired user in the hierarchy.
  1. Navigate to the Organization page.
  2. Click on the dots next to the User or Location you want to view.
  3. Click on the View button to view more details for that particular User or Location.
