Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a real-time summary of assignment completion data across your organization. It is fully customizable—you can add, remove, rearrange, and resize cards to build the view that works best for you. Each user’s layout is saved per organization, so your dashboard is always ready when you log in.

Walkthrough of “Cards”

The dashboard is built from cards—individual widgets that each display a specific metric or visualization. There are 14 card types available:

A pie chart showing the overall completion percentage for the selected time period.

A monthly calendar that highlights days where tasks were marked as Overdue or Expired. Each day shows the total number of missed tasks. Clicking a date navigates to the Team Tasks page, pre-filtered to show the missed submissions for that day.

A tree table showing completion status broken down by location and team. You can toggle between two views:

  • Split: Displays each submission status (Completed, Late, Expired, etc.) in separate columns.
  • Unified: Combines all statuses into a single completion summary.

Shows the most frequently failed questions on a specific form.

Displays a count of overdue submissions alongside submissions that are approaching their due date. The at-risk window is configurable to 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours.

A ranked list of teams or locations by completion rate. You can configure:

  • Dimension: Rank by teams or locations.
  • Sort Order: Show best-performing or worst-performing first.
  • Count: Display between 3 and 20 entries.

The total number of completed form submissions for the selected filters.

A count of forms or tasks completed within a configurable time window: today, this week, or this month.

A count of forms or tasks due within a configurable lookahead period: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 14 days.

A pie chart showing completion status for a specific assignment.

A count of submissions currently awaiting approval.

A count of submissions that have been rejected.

A breakdown of the current user’s personal assignment statuses.

A horizontal bar chart showing submission volume per team.

  1. Click the + button to open the card picker.
  2. Click a card type to add it to the bottom of your dashboard, or drag a card type directly onto the grid to place it where you want.
  • Rename: Click the card title to edit it inline. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.

  • Settings: Click the gear icon on a card to configure its filters and options. Common settings include:

    • Form: Limit data to a specific form.
    • Team: Limit data to a specific team.
    • Date Range: Choose a preset (Current Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days) or a custom date range.

Some cards have additional settings specific to their type (see the card descriptions above).

  • Move: Drag a card by its header to reposition it on the grid.
  • Resize: Drag from the bottom, right, or bottom-right corner of a card to resize it.

Cards automatically compact vertically to fill empty space.

Click the X button on the card header to remove it from your dashboard.

When you make changes, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the page with three options:

  • Save: Persist your current layout.
  • Discard: Revert to your last saved layout.
  • Reset to Default: Remove all customizations and restore the default dashboard.

Filtering is per card rather than per page. Open a card’s settings with the gear icon on its header and narrow that card’s data by:

  • Team: Limit data to a specific team or sub-team you have access to.
  • Form: Limit data to submissions for a specific form template.
  • Date Range: Choose a preset (Current Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days) or a custom range.

Each card keeps its own filters, so one dashboard can show the same metric for two different teams side by side. Cards that do not read filtered data have no gear icon.

Platform: Web only — the Dashboard is not available on the mobile app.

The data shown is scoped to the locations and teams accessible to the logged-in user. Managers must have a team or location context assigned to their account to access the Dashboard.
